All documents contained in the PPL include a set of metadata attributes. This metadata is displayed at the top of the document display.

The metadata will usually include

  • A unique document number.
  • The topic the document relates to.
  • The Approval authority for this document.
  • The date this document was approved.
  • The date this document is due for review.
  • The usual timeframe for review of this document.
  • The audience groups this document is relevant to.
  • A set of keywords to assist searching and navigation.
  • Notes relating to this version of the document.
